check these babies out!!!!! Direct drive, quartz-lock/dual range pitch control. Actually has more torque than an SL-1200, but a bit more Wow and flutter. Very reasonibly priced too! Right around $299 US. But the best part- in addition to having regular RCA outs.... IT HAS A USB PORT !!!!!!!!! how brilliant is that!!!! deck comes with Cakewalk Pyro 5 music and sound editing software..... and it doesn't hurt they're just straight up sexy decks
!!!! Check 'em out atStanton T90 USB ![]() ... it has a reverse!!! how cool is that!!! Last edited by darth; 3rd-August-2007 at 08:43. |

well, I have my Stanton 90. It's a good table but it has some issues.
Pros: -constant reverse at the touch of a button. -33.3, 45, AND 72 RPM -8 and 12% quartz lock pitch -'key' lock (adjust the pitch but keep the musical 'key' of the record) -USB ported Cons: - My main beef is that the break isn't that tight = the platter will backpedal ever so slightly when it's "stopped" (start/stop button or power kill) -Also the "key lock" will generate a double bass that gets worse the further away from 0% pitch it gets... But all in all, for the price... a great piece of gear I'd give it a good 4/5 Last edited by darth; 9th-March-2008 at 22:38. Reason: spelling |
